Urgent evaluation in our clinic within 3 hours of request.
In-home on-demand visit
Urgent care between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Urgent house call
Between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, we are available for urgent issues that can't wait until morning. However, if you or a loved one is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do not wait—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Payment & Insurance Information
At Heartfelt Medical, PLLC, we believe in transparency, simplicity, and maximizing your healthcare dollars.
We currently accept Blue Cross PPO, Medicare, credit/debit cards for services. A copay will be billed for in-home visits. If we are not in network with your insurer, we will happily provide an itemized receipt to submit for reimbusement, pending your policy approval. Lab tests and imaging services are separate and are not included in the exam fee.
