Payment & Insurance Information
At Heartfelt Medical, PLLC, we believe in transparency, simplicity, and maximizing your healthcare dollars.
We currently accept Blue Cross PPO, Unit Medicare, credit/debit cards for services. A copay will be billed for in-home visits. If we are not in network with your insurer, we will happily provide an itemized receipt to submit for reimbusement, pending your policy approval. Lab tests and imaging services are separate and are not included in the exam fee.
