Christina Grote RN MSN FNP-BC FPA
Christina is a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care. Her passion lies in providing exceptional, personalized patient care, including delivering in-home urgent care when you need it most. Her experience includes highly specialized roles in critical care, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, pulmonology, advanced wound care, cardiovascular intensive care, and cardiothoracic surgery. Christina has a proven track record of effectively managing complex patient cases, including those with advanced heart failure, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, IBS, and many other conditions. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Christina demonstrates a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes and offering accessible healthcare solutions. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from Purdue University and is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Urgent Care (In-home & In-Clinic)
- Treatment for most illnesses and injuries (colds, flu, sprains, lacerations, etc.)
- Rapid testing (respiratory illnesses, strep throat, UTIs)
- Urgent care without the wait and often for less than your ER co-pay.
- Imaging without the wait! MRI and CT scans can be arranged within 1-2 days at prices less than insurance co-pays.
- Telehealth consultations available any where you have an internet connection.
Primary Care Services
- Preventive health screenings and wellness exams
- Chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.)
- Referrals to trusted specialists in 1 to 2 weeks instead of months.
